Buckwheat Wakame Bowl (or how to eat more seaweed)

For the grains:
2/3 cup buckwheat, picked over
1/3 cup white quinoa, unwashed
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 cups water
2 tsp Diamond Crystal Kosher salt (or 1 tsp table salt)

For wakame:
2 Tbsp wakame
1 cup lukewarm water

For serving:
1-2 Tbsp butter

Sunny side up egg
Soy reduction
