Helen, These mashed potatoes look delicious! If you are ever in the mood for posting how to make turkey gravy feel free. I bought a gravy boat this Thanksgiving and I never made the gravy. I watched and read a lot of material and just could not figure out why you have to strain the fat and then add a part of it back in and many other nuances. I kept hoping to find a simpler recipe on the web but I had no luck. I know you are not a fan of turkey so feel free to do chicken gravy or any other meat that you like.
